About The Bee & the Mole

The Bee & the Mole grew from my love of the countryside and all the little things that make rural life special.

I've always loved wildlife, the hedgerows, muddy boots, changing seasons and the small everyday moments that come with country living. When I started bringing this new idea together, I wanted it to feel like that world - warm, characterful, useful and full of little discoveries.

That's where The Bee & the Mole came from.

Above ground, the Bee is always busy - moving from flower to flower, gathering, exploring and helping the hedgerows thrive.

Below ground, the Mole works quietly away, tending the earth beneath our feet and keeping everything steady underneath. Around them is a whole countryside of friends.

There's the fox appearing beneath the moon, the owl calling at dusk, frogs by the water, hares in the fields and hedgehogs pootling along the hedgerows -and plenty more characters still to come.

Together they've become the little world behind The Bee & the Mole.

A place for countryside-inspired gifts, carefully chosen finds, cheerful little treats and gift boxes gathered with thought and care.

Some things will be useful, some beautiful, some simply there to make someone smile - but everything should feel as though it belongs in this little countryside world.
